My deepest condolences to the Haycock family as the passing of Patrick. I wish you peace and comfort at this time. I am sorry that I did not know about Patrick as I just returned home from the interment of Cathy in Oklahoma. Pattie Allen told me this evening. May God bless and care for you. Gary

Patrick's funeral Mass was so meaningful; Fr. Norman put into words the thoughts that are on our minds as we bid farewell to someone as young as Patrick. May the faith that you brought to Patrick's baptism be a source of strength always.

Dear Sid, Ildilko and Angela. I was informed of the news of Patrick's passing by a post Angela made on Facebook yesterday. My mom also sent me a message last night to ask me if I had heard of the unfortunate news. I was saddened to hear of his passing and I will keep your family in my thoughts. Please take care, Jon

To Sid, Ildiko and Angela, We are so sorry for the loss of your son, Patrick. His passing is a huge loss for you as described in his obituary. We only saw him as a youngster in yours and our former neighborhood, Quail Meadow. You raised a wonderful son! Your former neighbors, Terry, Junnie and Kelly Shiotani

My sympathies to Sid,Ildiko and Angela. At times like this it is impossible to say the right things to cover my love for the family. I have primarily been very close to Jon Sid, I told him that I love him as much as any of my own. I know the future for both parents and Patrick's sister, Angela, will bring many happy thoughts of their son and brother.Sid had shared a few things about Patrick, that I am sure the moments were some of the proudest that any father could hold dear.. We share a close friendship that has meant the world to me.

Pat was always kind to everyone he interacted with. He had a great confidence about him and he seemed to instill that in others without even trying. He always made people laugh in the halls of Judge Memorial and even made teachers laugh. Although I don't know his family, I can tell through him they must be good people. So sorry for your loss.

Sid & ildiko, What a blessing Patrick was for all of us! He was such a great athlete and he had such an air of calm and confidence. With his passing he has given us the blessing of allowing us to dwell on our true purpose in life. And for that I am so grateful. I hope and pray that the sweet memories of Patrick will give you some peace and comfort down the road. Tom

Patrick was the first guy I met who could be funny and secure at a time when I and the rest of our peers were just beginning to find themselves, and thinking back I can't underestimate his impact on my life. Please be assured of my prayers; though I cannot attend his funeral in person, I plan to offer a requiem Mass for him tomorrow. Chorus angelorum suscipiant eum. Requiescat in pace.

Dear Ildiko, Sid and Angela, Matt and I are so deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Pat. He is such a common thread through the memories of our families during our families' soccer and school years. I can't even think of a soccer game without recalling Pat and Matt as a team. We just learned of Pat's passing today. It's a sad day for all of us. Please know that your family is in our hearts and thoughts. Our love to all of you. Laurie Sampinos Matt Ottosen and family.

I talked to Patrick to the one time on the phone and immediately I can tell he's a very funny and likable guy just like his father. Sid is a great person to work with I wish I knew how to take a way his grief. Such a sad thing shouldn't have happened to such a good guy. My heart goes out to you and your family.
