All my heartfelt condolences and prayers are with you all. Although I did not know Will, I feel like I got a sense of what a remarkable and amazing young man he was, from all the wonderful and beautiful stories I've heard about him from you, Julee. Much love to you all, you are in my prayers.

William was among the first students I taught at Judge Memorial. He was a keen young man with an insightful mind. I always enjoyed talking to him and fielding his questions, which often challenged not only his peers but myself to consider the world in new ways. I am saddened by news of his passing and my heart goes out to you at this time. I only knew him a short time, but he certainly left a mark with his compassion, wisdom, and curiosity.

Please know that I am thinking of you at this extremely difficult time. How lucky I was to be Will's teacher--I adored him! And I was so proud of the amazing man he became. I am sending all of you my love and prayers.
