First met George at Liberty Park over 30 years ago. Loved playing tennis with him. When we read his obituary in the Tribune we were so sad. It is hard to believe this wonderful man is gone. Emily, we are so sorry for your loss. Our positive energies go out to you at this difficult time.

I was very saddened to read of the passing of George today. From knowing him the last 10 years or so will be remembered as good times , fun tennis and knowing such a truly nice guy. My prayers ,thoughts and condolences go out to you Emily / rest in peace George

Emily, I just learned of George's passing today and has hit me hard. I first met George about 20 years ago at liberty park tennis. I went there at noon with Randy Wells and we met George and had some great tennis games.Fortunately our paths met again when I subbed at Olympus Hills.
