Robert Joseph Todd

I started working at UDOT in 1988. I met Bob and Harrison then. We worked for Dale Peterson. Your Dad and Raymond my husband two years later and Todd were break buddies. Raymond gave Todd the nickname Pink Floyd and Luciier. The two of them could stir the pot. I enjoyed watching the two of them. I was always laughing. I worked side by side with your father on creating the new bid system. He and Blaine Bailey would travel to see what was the best direction to take in creating that system. He was there for me when Raymond passed in 2012. I think very highly of your dad and my good friend. Find peace with your wonderful memories.
