In Loving Memory

I am so saddened to hear of Joyce's passing. We were elementary and neighborhood friends. Just today I posted a Brownie picture on my FB page that included her, which prompted me to search for her. I am so pleased that she had such a good life. Blessings to her family and friends. Carolyn Hill Peterson

I will always hold memories of Joyce in my heart..She was a friend who enjoyed life. I was able to bowl with her and her sister Nancy and many golf tourneys..I will miss her. R.I.P.

Joyce was one of the finest women I had the opportunity to meet. She was a person of highest integrity and would give you the shirt off her back. She lived life on her own terms and I so respected her. I had the privilege of playing golf with her many times and my favorite was on April 21st, 2016 in Mesquite where we got to chat for six hours. I'll never forget that day and my special friend. I am grateful I knew Joyce and my thoughts and prayers are with you, her family. Rest in peace my friend. I know you are playing incredible golf in heaven..

Joyce was truly a champion. She loved unconditionally, she was a great board game player at Lake Powell, the river trips were looked forward to months in advance. Just always know you'll be making more than 1 run! I am grateful to have spent time with Joyce and better for knowing her.

With Joyce passing, she will rest in peace and pain free, however, she will leave an empty space in many hearts. Women's golf will not be the same because her sweet smile will be missed. Much better golfer than me but she was a great mentor and friend. There is golfing in heaven and free.

Joyce took us down the Snake River a few years back. I was assigned to bring potato CHIPS and instead brought potato salad. Big mistake! She teased me ever since. We were looking forward to going down the river with her Aug 5-7. She never stopped planning and doing. I'll never eat a potato chip without thinking of her. Hugs to her family that got to enjoy her for 69 years.

I'm filled with sadness buy also so many happy memories. The raft trips were epic! I'm so glad she is pain free and resting in heavenly father's arms. I share in your grief and as always my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
