I am so very sorry for your loss. I never met Katherine, but it sounds like she lived a full and wonderful life. I am sure that she has left wonderful memories for you to look back on. As you reflect on your loss, please take comfort in the promises that God has made in his word. The Bible helps us to understand that death is God's enemy and he promises that he is going to put an end to sickness and death. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4; 1 Corinthians 15:26; Psalms 37:29; Revelation 21:3, 4) I hope that these scriptures strengthen you and bring you comfort during this difficult time. Be sure to share your memories with those who surround you, for the memories shared are the ones most truly cherished, may they bring a sense of peace and joy to your hearts as you begin to heal.
