Barta and I were co-workers in the Physics Dept. (Cosmic Ray Group) back in 1994. I recall how stressful and turbulent those times were. Barta was my friend, confidant, emotional lifeboat and most importantly .a Mom to me and my struggles in the Physics Dept. She has been in my thoughts at times these past twenty one years. My thoughts, love and prayers to her and her loved ones. .God Bless Barta and all that she cared about. Mike

I am truly sorry for your loss. Barta was my friend in high school. She had such a happy personality and everyone loved her.The memories she made with you will always be treasures. God bless and watch over your family at this time.
