Mike was one of my favorite cousins. I will always remember how kind he was to me during the many Snape Family reunions we attended. My sympathy goes out to Marcia, Bill, Gary, and his daughters.

Yesterday, scanning the obituaries I did a double take. I had to look at his picture over and again. I read his name multiple times. I am still shocked. I had tremendous admiration for Mike as a Commissioner, as a lawyer, but most importantly, as a human being. He shall be greatly missed. My most sincere sympathies to his family, especially his girls.
