Dear Butterfields,
I am so sorry for your loss. I know how much Virginia meant to you. Although I only met her a few times, I still feel like I knew her. I appreciate all the times she gave Parker a ride home from school. I loved hearing how often Carson would tell me he was going to his Grandma's house to help her out around the house. When Anne and I were roommates on the 8th grade trip to DC, I laughed when Virginia told me "You better take good care of Anne and protect my precious cargo!" (meaning Anne and Carson). What an incredible love for her family she had!
I know she will continue to love you and protect you throughout your lives. Especially when Carson gets his drivers license and starts driving Parker to school!
