In Loving Memory

Beth, Bobby & Liz: I am saddened to hear of Bob's passing. He was always a bit bigger than life to me. Some of my earliest - and best - memories as a child are of Bob and the ranch and cabin and his hilariously irreverent friendship with Dad. My deepest condolences and I pray you find comfort in his amazing life. Bless you and yours. Mike

Please accept my deepest sympathy for your great loss. No matter how long our loved one lives, death always bring sorrow. The Bible gives much hope and comfort. At John 5:28,28 we find the hope of the resurrection. And Revelation 21:3-5 tells of a time when death will be no more. May our loving God, who is near to those broken at heart, grant you comfort in your time of need.

My condolences on the passing of Robert John Epperson. I did not know hiim, nor (as far as I am aware) do I know anyone in his family. However, I was impressed upon reading his obituary in the Deseret News not only for his life accomplishments and service to our nation, but that he also was a Democrat and an active LDS. Now, I am a Republican, not a Democrat, but I am pleased and proud that there are people who are willing to take a different political view than the majority, be open about it, and work to maintain high ideals on both sides of the political spectrum. God bless Robert Epperson and those who love him.

May I respectfully offer my condolences for your recent loss. As a post note or memory please know that I personally found Bob to be most courteous and conversational in the almost 20 years I knew him - which I highly appreciated - he was to me always an example of "one of the good guys"!

Dear Beth and family, I will always remember Bob and his ,warm smile, fun sense of humor and kindness. He always reminded me that his family owned our cabin prior to us and I hope that the Turpin and Hampton cabins will be happy neighbors for many years to come. Beth, you never cease to amaze me with your youthful spirit and all of the good deals you do for me and so many in our little mountain community. We will miss Bob but know he will always be present in spirit in our hearts and at Holiday Park. Love you Traci Brower

Dear Beth, It is with great fondness that the extended Hardy family remembers Bob and you. We are so sorry for your loss, but are grateful for our knowledge of the eternal nature of families. We loved hearing Bob's stories of Holiday Park through the years. We were partakers of his sense of humor, his warmth, and his testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. You have both effected the lives of 4 generations of the Hardy family. You always made us feel so welcome when we came to Holiday Park. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. With love, Maren Hardy Hale, Daughter of Ralph Williams and Maren Eccles Hardy; and sister of Ralph (Carole), Clare (Jonathan Johnson), Alison (Craig Decker), and David (Jane).

My wife Marie and I met Bob & Beth in 2004 while on a Grand Circle trip to Thailand. I'm a retired enlisted Marine and Marines always seem to gravitate to each other. The Thailand tour was no exception. I enjoyed chatting with Bob and did so at every opportunity. We served in the Marine Corps during different eras so our conversations were always most interesting. Bob was such a gentleman and it was easy to see kindness was also one of his virtues. I was saddened to read of his passing. Marie and I extend our sincere condolences to Beth, Bob's family and his many friends. Semper Fidelis, Bob Keep Heaven's streets guarded! Bob Duerden MGySgt (Ret) Green Valley, AZ
