Anthony passed away suddenly but peacefully on November 20, 2016, surrounded by his family. He was born March 31, 1959 in Salt Lake City, UT to Simona and Richard Chavez.

Anthony was fun loving and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed listening to music and dancing, but mostly he loved family time, being at home and watching movies. He was an amazing father to his seven children. He will be deeply missed by so many who love him.

He is survived by the love of his life, Beverly; children Ericka, Anthony Jr. (Heather), Adriel, Simona, Savina, Julian, Roman; many grandchildren; and siblings Richard, Avalee, Daniel (Mercy), Brenda, Yolanda (Pauline). Preceded in death by his parents and sister Paula.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 28th at 11:00 AM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Ave. N St.
