Frances Lee Johnson

Frances L. Johnson passed away on April 2, 2015- from the culmination of many different diseases.

She was born in Charlottesville, Virginia (a benediction from God) to William S. Collins and Rita W. Collins. She taught at the alternative middle school across from West High School for two yea
