Our sweet, loving son, brother, husband and father, Patrick Haycock, passed away unexpectedly on May 1st, 2014 of natural causes. He was born September 24th, 1982 to Sid and Ildiko S. Haycock in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He attended St. Vincent Elementary School, Judge Memorial Catholic High School, and graduated from Brighton High School in 2001. Growing up he dominated the soccer field and had a kicking leg that would be coveted by any professional athlete. He brought us immense joy when we watched him play the sports that he loved. He entertained everyone with his dry sense of humor and quick wit and was a lover of adventure. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, playing video games, a good work out, cars and all his many dogs along the way.

He found his niche in life when he discovered his love for sales. He excelled in his profession and it was a joy for us to watch him succeed.

Patrick had the kindest and most compassionate heart, which was shown in his generosity to everyone. His family and close friends will remember him as someone who would do anything for anyone. He was a friend to all, loved everyone and was loved by all who had the privilege to know him. He had a heartwarming smile that will be remembered forever.

Patrick's greatest achievement and greatest loss was his son Isaac, whom he truly loved and missed. He was an amazing husband, son, brother, and friend to all and his presence in our lives will be deeply missed. We are truly heartbroken.

Survived by his wife Keara Haycock; parents Sid and Ildiko S. Haycock; sister Angela Smith; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by his son Isaac Haycock; grandparents Wally and Gabor Szemerey and Wallace Grant Haycock.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 7th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a Vigil beginning at 7:00 PM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1375 E. Spring Lane, Salt Lake City. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 8th at 11:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. He will be laid to rest with his son immediately following services at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 4th Ave "T" Street, Salt Lake City.

A very heartfelt thank you to Jason and Shayneh Starks of Starks Funeral Parlor for all the love and tend care you've shown our beloved Patrick.
