"Trey"
It is with great sadness in our hearts that we share the passing of our beloved husband, son, brother, friend and all around great human being, Ralph B. Johnson III on February 10, 2014.
Ralph "Trey" was born on September 4, 1965 in Vallejo, CA. He grew up in a Navy family and lived in several states. He earned a Bachelor degree from San Diego State University. He moved to Utah for his work as an Environmental Scientist with his wife, Kathleen Begeny-Johnson. He was a devoted husband for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, mother Gayla Johnson, brother Todd (Andy) Johnson, sister Kim (Mark) Waterman, sister Jennifer (Dan) Baxter, eight nieces and nephews, and his loyal canine companion Lorelei who was with him until the end.
A viewing will be held Sunday, February 16, 2014, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, 2119 South 400 East, Salt Lake City. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on February 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. also at the church, followed by a luncheon. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Diabetes Association of Utah.
