Mom passed away on March 6, 2010.
She was born February 26, 1926 in Salt Lake City, UT to Louise and John Moriarty. She married Clifford Bennett in December of 1946 and together they had five children. Dad passed away in 1975. Mom married Don Forsythe February 11, 1982. She was a great cook and enjoyed feeding her family, friends and neighbors. She was also a devoted dog-lover.
She is survived by her children Pat (Bill) Johnson, Jennie (Ray) Federico, and twins Brent (Carol) and Kent (Sheila); 8 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren; brothers Michael Moriarty and Dennis (Karon) Moriarty; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her son Richard “Rick” Wade Bennett.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by her nephew Fr. Rob Moriarty on Wednesday, March 10th at 12:00 Noon at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church 4501 West 5215 South, Kearns, where friends may call upon the family beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Murray City Cemetery, 5490 S. Vine St., Murray.
