Wilhelmena Skeets

Wilhelmena was known as Willo or Mena to friends and family. She was the mother of five incredible children Breanna, Courtney, Zachary, Andrea and Anthony. She was born in Gallup, NM and moved to Salt Lake City in 1997. She had three siblings Christopher, Wia and Valerie.

Mena enjoyed spending time with her family, whether it was going to New Mexico or supporting her kids and their activities. She was always willing to watch movies either at home or at the movie theaters. She liked going camping and fishing whenever she could convince her kids to go. She will be remembered by her infectious smile and laugh.

Willo is preceded in death by her daughter Courtney; sister Wia; husbands Antonio and Ernie; and aunt Ella. She is survived by her four children; parents Willie and Virginia; and two siblings. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 23rd at 11:00 AM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. She will be laid to rest with her daughter Courtney immediately following services at Murray City Cemetery, 5490 S. Vine St., Murray.
