George Wayne Watson
October 19, 1933 - November 11, 2016
Preceded in death by parents Hardyn and Hazel Watson; brother Byron Watson. George graduated from South High. Served in the US Airforce - Korea. President of Hygienic Products Inc., Lander, Wyoming. VP of the Pharmaceutical Division, Research Industries; held two patents.
George lived athletically, Pitcher for Univ. of Utah and Pasadena. He led Liberty Park 4.5 Tennis League to place 3rd nationally. Spirit filled times were found fishing the Snake, Madison and Kenai Rivers with cousins Rex and Shirley. George loved opera, country music and country poetry. Quick-witted George was positive and disciplined, working until age 82. He loved people and expressed sorrow about losing contact with his children and about outliving so many friends and family members. Devoted to his wife, Emily, for 37 years they sparked many adventures crossing the US.
