David Anthony Trujillo

David passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 11, 2016. He was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico on March 30, 1947 to Pedro and Albina Moya Trujillo.  

David served honorably as a U.S. Marine in the Vietnam War. He liked to cook and he spent most of his life employed as a chef. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family listening to and playing music. We loved listening to him play his guitar and we will miss him dearly. 

He is preceded in death by both parents and is survived by sons David Jr., Jarrod, Isaac; daughter La Raina; brothers Pete Jr. (Lydia), and Joseph (Dolores); sisters Viola Benavidez, and Rose Cervantes; as well as many grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service will be held to celebrate and honor David on Friday, April 1, 2016 11:00 AM at The Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 Camp Williams Rd. Bluffdale, Utah. Interment to follow.
