Kendall Thomas Stevenson passed away in his home on October 7, 2015. He was born on October 31,1957 in Salt Lake City. He, his twin brother and best friend Scott and little sister Witney were raised by

loving parents, Jim and Barbara Williams who taught him a great appreciation and love for the outdoors.

He married Susan Wilson in 1983 and together they raised 3 children, Shana, Kale and Kamron. He had the deepest love and a heart full of compassion for his family. He could make you laugh, and was compassionate to all. He would always lend a hand to anyone in need.

He developed many talents that he shared with his friends and family. He loved boating, skiing, duck hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending weekends at the family cabin in Bear Lake. Kendall was a devoted father and found joy in watching his children and grandchildren enjoy all the same things. He was a teacher to his children and left them with many life skills and a great work ethic. He was an fabulous cook and grill-master who made the best BBQ ribs in town. Kendall was always working with his hands and had a cabinetry business and then worked for many years restoring antique wooden boats with his brother. He was happiest cruising around the lake with his family on these beautiful wooden boats. We will think of him on warm evenings as we watch the colors of the setting sun reflected on the water of Bear Lake.

Kendall is preceded in death by his wonderful mother Barbara and beautiful granddaughter Ellie Stevenson. He leaves behind a family who will miss him deeply. He was a Son, Brother, Uncle, Father of three, Grandfather of seven, and friend to many.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th from 12:30PM to 2PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. A graveside service will follow at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Avenue and I Street.
