Creed Leland Blake
Our Loving Son and Father
Creed passed away on September 12th, 2015. He was born July 14th, 1970 to Rob and Sue Blake.
He was a loving father to his two children Ian and Jessica. Creed studied music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He shared his opinions, cynicism, wit and culinary talents with everyone. He was open, honest and never left anything unsaid. His passing leaves a hole in our hearts that will never be filled.
Creed will be missed by his family who's left behind including his parents and children; and grandmother Joanne Blake. Preceded in death by his brother Mac and his grandparents Doc and Margaret Butler and M. William Blake.
Friends may call upon the family for a visitation on Thursday, September 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.
