Our hearts are heavy with the sadness of Hailey's passing on January 1, 2015.

Hailey was born June 18, 1977 in Salt Lake City, UT. She was a tomboy growing up and developed a passion for working with her hands and fixing things, especially motorcycles. Some of her most cherished times were spent camping and fishing with her family. She was also an avid supporter of The Fallen Brothers.

Hailey had an infectious and beautiful smile, which she shared freely with the world. She loved to laugh, study the night sky, and share positive messages with those she cared about. She was an optimist at heart. She had a sense of child-like wonder about the world and was quick to point out the beauty she saw around her-such as a rainbow, hummingbird, shooting star or a full moon. And she loved deeply, as anyone who was lucky enough to experience this love can attest. Her family and friends were always on her mind and she loved sharing thoughtful messages and gifts with each of them. If Hailey loved you, you knew it!

The love of her life, her reason for being, was her Sagiebug-her daughter Sage. Hailey saved her deepest and most unconditional love for Sage. Sage was her only sunshine, her buggy, her beautiful blue-eyed girl, and she loved her to the moon and stars and back.

Survived by daughter Taryn Sage Hansen; mother Julie (Matt) Ellingson; father Kim (Ann) Harding; siblings Tyler (Keri) Henshaw, Wesley Harding, Mick (Brittany) Henshaw, Jaimee Ellingson, Ian (Karli) Ellingson, and Dylan Harding; grandparents Doris Harding, Mary Tuttle, and Lois Marcantonio; and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by grandfathers Warren Harding, Ted Tuttle, William Ellingson, and Tuck Marcantonio; and grandmother Marilyn Joyce Ellingson.

A viewing will be held on Monday, January 5th at 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.
