Patricia Helene Guida Archuleta

Patricia "Jessica" passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 20, 2014. She was born on August 17, 1957 in Salt Lake City. Jessica was a very loving person and loved animals.

Survived by her mother Maxine; step-father Ivo Archuleta; step-brothers Ivo Archuleta Jr. and Lane (Cindy) Henderson; and step-sister Christine (Lee) Anderson. Preceded in death by her father Frank Guida; step-brother Carlo Archuleta; and her grandparents.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th at noon at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 1342 East 500 South, Salt Lake City.
