Our loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Irene Martinez-Burboa, passed away peacefully and surrounded with love on October 10, 2018.
Born to Joe & Josie Maestas on October 20, 1935 in Durango, CO. She married Eduardo Frederico Martinez on December 20, 1957 in Salt Lake City, UT.
She is survived by her children Annette Ortega (Wayne), Loretta Garcia (Johnny), Beverly Martinez, Kelly Martinez (Donna), James Martinez (Lori), 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Preceded in death by her parents, her brother Nick, and grandson Isaac Martinez.
At the request of her family, private services were held.
