To all of you I send my deepest condolences. I think back at my last meeting Derrick , he was happy, found what wanted to do, and seemed focused on achieving his personal goals. I will always remember him that way. My thoughts will be of all of you and peace.

Dear Bob & Joyce,
Bonnie & I were so sorry to hear about your son Derrick. What a loss to your family.
I recently learned that I do not have your correct e-mail address when I tried to send you notice of Sonny Toll's death.
Doug, Randy, Bonnie & I hope to see you here in Indio some day

Sunday was a sad day learning of Derrick's passing away. He was such a wonderful human being accomplishing many things. We will miss his sense of adventure, humor, intelligence, originality, sincerity and loyalty but most of all we will miss the good times we had with him (and there were many).

Derrick never took the path that was well worn, he always blazed his own trail. We first met Derrick 25 years ago and we will never forget him. He was truly one of a kind.

To Derrick's family:
May times passing somehow help
To ease your loss and sorrow.
And may the memories left behind
Bring comfort for tomorrow.

With heartfelt sympathy,
Jim and Christina Tallitsch
