In Loving Memory
Ted made a suggestion that I consider becoming a nurse-anesthetist, when a resident at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NY. It changed my life. I eventually did and practiced for 37 years. Thanks Ted. May you rest in peace in God's Kingdom.

With great sadness I learned of Ted's passing. I look back on my time in SLC with very fond memories. The Christmas I spent in the cabin, with family and friends, is one I will always remember. Ted's optimism and enthusiasm will continue to inspire me and many others. My condolences to all who will miss him.
den haag, the netherlands,
It was with great sadness that we learned of Ted's passing. We had hoped that he would have more time and would be with us in September to celebrate another happy event with the rest of his "family". Ted was special in so many ways and a positive force in this world. He will be greatly missed by all.

To Lady Mary, Theodore and LaTasha our prayers are with you. We are not promised much time on this life but Ted made his life worth living. Follow his lead and celebrate his life and enjoy yours as he did. I love you.
